Built by Operators.

HERO by PourPoint was created by hospitality operators and developers with a deep understanding of the industry. We bring firsthand operating experience together with technical expertise to build around the realities of running a venue.

Our founder, Scott Yelle, has spent many years in the hospitality industry, overseeing some of the most successful venues in the country. His experience brings an operator’s perspective to the pressures, opportunities, and decisions behind every shift.

Our co-founder, Jack Linder, has created some of the most successful technology platforms in the world. He brings the development expertise and technical vision to turn complex operational challenges into practical technology.

Together, Scott and Jack bring a unique perspective and a formidable combination of hospitality experience and technology expertise. Their shared mission is to give operators clearer visibility and actionable insights, so they can make confident decisions and focus on their teams, guests, and growth.

HERO means Hybrid Engagement and Resource Optimization.
